• Not exactly multicultural. Too many chavs and slappers. No good cafes, and severely lacking in parks and green spaces. There's a shitload of private land up Bolton Road that looks nice, but you can't go there. Selfish bastard.
• the worst thing ever is the local rag mag every month it has a re-print of the last and one before that news of what is happening, Nothing gets done and nothing is happening time has stopped for howe bridge,the land of the zombie.
• Ex Athertoninans who originated elsewhere and now living in Macclesfield venting their spleen over this town. He, he - but to give him credit all he says is right!
• toss pot teenagers who think they're hard - do us all a favour and go and play on the railway lines.

• The road to wigan - pie eaters
• walking down the street when a lil kid with a big brother gives u an evil look when u actually know you could tw** the little c**t. oh and another thing actually having to live here!

• The death of the toy shop nr the Red Lion
• Steel shutters on shop windows
• too much traffic driving through!
• Hourly trains come back from Manchester Getting chinned for pronouncing words properly. Cheap ale hangovers.
