Then if they get the charge through, they can return the traffic signals to normal and claim "Hey presto, the congestion charge is a success!" This is dishonest, so how honest do you think they are about the charges? Remember, they said the charge would not be brought in in Greater Manchester had a better public transport system. Now they are saying public transport improvements will NOT happen until the charge is brought in.

If you don't want to be taxed yet again (whether or not you drive), I urge you to vote No.
