- The Christmas Market, worth a stroll down the high street, lovely homemade cakes, gifts, raffles etc, don't forget the Church is open as well. Maybe someone would consider a Spring/Summer Fayre as well????

- We don't have a railway station, so property prices are very low for a place so close to London. The public transport is not brilliant, but adequate. The village suffers from proximity to the M25, but it is also an asset - depends where you work...
