IF YOU WANT TO LEARN EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING ABOUT WOOD, GO TO THE LANDMARK CENTRE IN CARRBRIDGE AND CHOP YOURSELF A PIECE OF TREE, AND THEN SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY FOR USELESS THINGS IN THE GIFT SHOP, BECAUSE YOU FEEL OBLIGED TO AFTER SPENDING SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AFTERNOON IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST!
- Aviemore has changed, 60 Million spent on redevelopment this last year! but we want the good old times from the 80s and only the snow and groups of people arriving can bring that back!

- Aviemore, albeit a slight planning nightmare, is a cool place to visit as you can check out places like Feshie Bridge, (cool for jumping off) the various lochs near by like Loch Pityulish (very beautiful) which is relatively unknown and less tourist orientated stuff.
