- Blaen Baglan Farm. The farm closed down in the first half of the century and two members of my family swear that it is haunted. In the 1960s, while still children, they visited the abandoned farmhouse while playing in the adjacent fields now owned by the school, and saw a pale misty apparition descending the stairs.
