• It's quiet
• Chattaway's hardware shop. It is rare to find that Mick Chattaway doesn't have what you want. And the shop opens at 07:30 am! Mick is one of the oldest residents who knows what the place was like before the developers arrived! The countryside. If you wanted to add some walks to your site I could supply a few.
• Skatepark, parks in general
• The best things in balsall common is all of the balsall zoo ilove you all and you chat aloud of sence you go on as if balsall common is like the ghetto when really it is just a little villages with a loud of silly people in! • The pubs, and the fact that Balsall Common makes you appreciate being out of Balsall Common so much more.

• Is it safe? I have been in Balsall Common but once, in March of 1992, for nigh on twenty years. England, Balsall Common, was home from 1964 to 1981, and in all my travels abroad I have known few places that match old BC in peacefulness. To all the residents of this unremarkable English village "You never had it so good", and to those who may or may not visit this humble hamlet, there are people worth knowing there. The heart of England is in places like Balsall Common.

• Err... there's a few restaurants and I suppose having one club is ok for a place this size. There's fairly good bus and rail connections and that community spirit that you don't just find anywhere
