- There's a nice looking resteraunt called Poppy's, but I haven't been there - Sorry!
- Theres about 4 indian take aways/restaurants, a chinese take away, a fish shop, a wine shop and a general drink shop.
- Visit the Tippeary Inn (the 'Tip')on the outskirts of the village at Meer End. Great food!
- Too many restaurants in the village.
- Co-op, about 60 indians (actually 4, but they keep changin them) a chinese, chippie and of course MORGAM NEWS!!! see above.
- Lacking in many things, BC does have some of these. Indian, Chinese "pan-asian", Italian, and muchos restaurant/pub type grub. The Bear is v picturesque. The Shay House does nice food. The Malt Shovel in Barston is FAB.
- A new Italian restaurant has opened up at the Brickmakers arms. Food is excellent but the decor is v poor.
- Loads of pubs surrounding BC, not bad! Restaurants- there are four in the centre of BC! Then there is the chippie, the indian, the chinese and the bengal.
- The Chinese Takeaway has now followed the footsteps of the Dry-Cleaners, and has removed the hollow in the entrance which has served as a hanging spot since the days of Wayne 'Wackaday' Dann. This shifty character looks shockingly similar to a famous WWF wrestling star, Hulk Hogan. He picks fight with people half his age and has managed to work up an amazing amount of respect throughout the village as being a REALLY COOL GUY!
- The chip shop in the village is pretty good if you can get past the hoards of misguided 'youths' outside. The Bengal Brasserie is a good Indian take-away/restaurant although its a bit pricey. There's also a Cantonese takeaway which is a bit dodgy and a Chinese which is alright. There's also an Italian restaurant but no-one ever goes there. (could be a bad sign)
