- Steven Watt - I believe that he lived in the Banff area (Gardenstown or Macduff?). He's making a name for himself as a defender with Chelsea thesedays - broke into the first team this season :-)
- Eoin Jess the aberdeen player (or was) used to live in Portsoy (8miles away)
- the man that made some eletrical goods his name begins with d.....horah
- Well in the neighbouring town colin newton from idlewild lived there and prob comes home for xmas but don't quote me on that!
- Karen Skene oh now she's a great friend!
- Gavin Sutherland of the Sutherland Bros ("Sailing", "Arms Of Mary") lives just out of town. The bloke that owns John Player fags comes here for his holidays, too.
- Colin newton drummer in idlewild almost came from banff, but in fact he came from the placer just amile away macduff but he wa at banff academy...
