• Tuck Shop: The only shop in the UK to have dearer prices than Harrods....except the products are bog standard stuff that can be found in any supermarket for a quarter of the price. There are burgers for sale which can be heated up in the microwave: gristle city, and tins of beans etc, which need a real good dusting!!! Pure Mank!!

• Pollacs, Grays Hill, open 24hrs a day to cater for all your pornographic needs. A girl behind the counter can make the purchase of said material a mite embarrasing, why not slip it between the pages of the Times; it works for me.
• Threshold comics in high street, run by Justin.
• Threshould comics owned by the ever funny 'Justin the Goth' the place to go if you like to wear black and own a long trenchcoat.
• Threshold Comics on High Street sell good comics and stuff while Replay just across the road have good computer games and toys, etc
• Go and see Cecil Greenwoods shop on High Street. You won't be able to buy anything. He's never sold anything. It's so humming. The airs alive. A local landmark. 24 hour garages are on the Belfast road. The police will ask you where you're going if you're out past 2 or so. Tell them you're going to Heaven and try to convert them.
• M.Matchet in Rathmore Road. Know affectionately by the whole of Bangor West as "Robert's shop" because of the large guy who sits behind the counter. Now has a video library, but is in severe need of Refurbishment.
• Don't know what it's called but there's one in High Street selling Marvel, DC comics etc...
