- Chelsea & England Captain John Terry is Originally from Thames View Estate
- Apart from the local crack heads (mainly evrybody on the gascoigne estate)
There are a few 'I've lost my shoe' sellers
- The asylum seekers who have taken up residency on the band stand, I'm sure they will do something one day
- There is always the band stand although I have never seen a band on it. The occasional religious nutter shouting about his faith, and wierd operatic singers trying to flog their tapes. (doesn't seem to go down to well with the Barking lads and lasses). Perhaps a brass band is too posh for Barking or the refugees might not understand it.
- generally a fight breaks out amongst the refugees ...that's always good for a laugh
- Billy Trowel was once a busker in Barking, unitl he changed his name to Get Me My Fly Ointment. He plays rap music such as "AntRap", "WhanRap (Enjoy What You Do)" and "Ratrap" and has the autographs of nearly every Glam Rocker alive (except Billy Coin and Mark Feld).
