• its home man!!
• Indigo. Shop in Green Lanes Shopping Centre. Good for body Jewellery, Ear & Nose Studs (£1.00 each, silver) Good Selection of Silver Rings. Well worth a visit. Ask for Mike or Jane.
• the slackness - can get away with pretty much anything here - one good memory of pulling bongs at the back of the police station and walking round newport at 7am pilled up...err...nowt better to do..rock park is cool in the summer - away from too many tourists and good place to chill - thats bout it
• your joking right?? seriously err if i had to say summat errr babylon nightclub and all the womens clothes shops...oh and lets go superbowl on pottington estate.good bus service too.
• The fair in september, all that candy floss and the smell of diesel!Although my goldfish died!
• It's clean...yes clean compared with many of the surrounding towns. Barnstaple has won numerous awards in the Britain in Bloom contests. Much refurbishment of the town has improved its over all appearance. People are very friendly ..as long as you don't have an accent and say things like "oh look, they've even got a Marks and Spencer's, who'd have thought that". We are ok peeps really and the thing we hate most are the layabouts that decend here thinking it's free town for them to doss in.

• local beaches, vws, surfing and exmoor. we now live in bristol lots of traffic all the time 24--7 getting to and from work is a bitch. plenty of violent crime and auto related crime etc so be thankfull for what you have got down there in dear old debbun.

• There are some nice beaches and countryside around Barnstaple but Barnstaple itself really is the most shit town ever. It looks a lot better under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• You may walk through the grave yard marvalling at the different sized condoms. be sure to see the local pisshead (tiger man) who drunkenly claims he's finished writing his book and allways quotes "GO GETTEM TIGERS" to passers by (he may think ur following him) but he is harmless. look out for richard ellis of park school the master of dodgeyness who will sell u any thing (also harmless)

• Totty in the summer. Beaches and river.Cider and Pasties (butchers Row the best)

• Very lay back but has what you need. kuntryside as you leave and various forms of accomodation.
