• I reccomend the shop @ the bus station the manager is a gr8 guy
• In Barnstaple? Dont be silly. Costa applied for planning permission but were turned away for being "inapppopriate" - What do they think is gonna happen? Evidently the people of Barnstaple can't be trusted with such an ungodly drink! Come on Barnstaple, this is the 21st Century!
• Havana is great, but small. Follow your nose to find it.
• cafe culture - used to be the place - but went bust - coz all of us students would go sit in there and not buy anything, just make noise and smoke.
• well there's the pricey places u can just about afford a drink in.for a ymmy cheapish meal try weatherspoons in the daytime or if your ulta cheapo go to chatterbox in the high st.
• Banburys do the best Jacket potatoes in the world, they are unbeatabe!
• on the new improved Strand. old bus stop, not turned into an really nice skate spot with a cafe. busted by police if caught!

• havana - hippy cafe nice cheese toasty thingys cafe culture - more hippy planet loving cafe but very nice apple soda
• Wimpy's good if you wanna be harrassed by 13-year old girls wearing very little. Probably explains the amount of old men in there then...
• The market cafe used to be a classy joint, but now has matching cups and saucers. A sad development. Nothing will ever beat John Gays, though.
• There is no where really to hang out except Wimpy which is quite expencive and u can't get a seat on Saturdays
