- The old bill great for entertainment
- its surprising but there are hardly any beggers or loons in Bas.
- guitar man on Pitsea market- my dad swears he was there when he was a boy, and now 40 years later, swears blind its the same man!
- Sometimes in the high street you see some guys playing their pan-pipes!
- there used to be a busker that hung around under the subway next to wot used to be next, and the market. aint seen him in years .............must have did?

- Oldguy with grey beard thick black rimmed glasses and two walking sticks I see him all over basildon. There is also a skinhead who walks around talking to himself and arguing with someone who aint there ( i heard its his fiencee who died years ago)
- the 'homeless' guy that sits outside pitsea chippy-he does my head in. homeless my... i work in that chippy and he gets paid more than me and fed more than me then after a long hard day sittin with his nicely groomed dog i see him get in a taxi and and go to his nice little house in laindon.
- The One They Call "Jo-Jo"... OverLord of all Clowns.
- JO-JO THE EVIL ARCH CLOWNMASTER. HEAR HIM ROAR! FEEL HIS RED NOSE! WATCH HIM ATTACK, PILAGE AND MANIFEST INTO ROTTEN APPLES.
- There are quite a few now as we enter 02 there is the chinky who plays the one string thing
that just sounds like its from the tape. the old homeless man with white that plays loadsa Oasis who also
gets alot of abuse.And the the migit with his very own personalised jacket saying 'little John'.
- Some in Pitsea Market and Basildon Normally play music & sing!
- Not so much buskers or entertainers, but there is quite a good freak show. BAsildon has it's very own midget, who appears to be quite famous in his own right. And not forgetting the little wheelchair man, who again is a local icon.
- No talent here i'm afraid!
- Can you include the bloke in the Market who jumps out and tries to sell you a cauliflower?
- Seen a bloke recently hanging around the market in basildon town centre....is quite good actually...but then you cant hear much over all the din,which is sometimes a shame

- You don't get many in Basildon and most people just take the piss! There is one old boy who sings and plays the guitar Saturdays and Sundays at pitsea Market but he is pretty awful.
