  • Try Viables craft centre
  • papersmiths, the young budding artists heaven sells everything fro your basic pencil to the exquisite paint brush costing mega bucks.
  • Country Crafts is about the only thing I can think of
  • Good craft shop at top of town, and Area 51 is quite unusual. Art galleries? In Basingstoke? You must be joking! We're not that cultured!
  • Tulipa crafts is a pretty good shop, sells little knick-knacks, cards, sweets, soft toys, cola cubes and aniseed twists, need I say more?
  • Good for Craft shops
  • Country Crafts at the top of town top spot for birthday presents and impressing teenage girls with its marvellous "trinkets".
  • Papersmiths has good range but is expensive.
  • Viables, little craft centre, lovely shops, Pine shop, gold smiths, glass maker etc., Pub and Restaurant.
