Wondered if anyone knew the whereabouts of an old friend who I have not seen for about 30+ years. Her name is Rose, back in the sixties she lived on a farm near Hartley Westpool just on the outskirts of Basingstoke. She worked where I first met her at the department store 'Thomas Wallis'. Excellent, I'll get the sack for browsing on here during work time, but it's the best website ever, apart from The Highway star of course, I can still recall re-enacting the 1978 World cup and using a wall chart from Shoot to record the games, Saddest ever memory was brought back to me when watching the FA Cup final in some boozer in Market Rasen, we actually did the 1980 final at a mates house an d bought the Cockney Rejects, West Ham song from our paper round money on the same morning.
