Builder Battersea by frances Shaw Sartori (Member 10067477) on 7-Apr-2008
I should have given his name. It was Dennit or perhaps a different spelling, and his first name could have been Albert. Thank you

Builder in Battersea 1920s by frances Shaw Sartori (Member 10067477) on 3-Apr-2008
Does anyone have any memory or knowledge of a builder who lived in Battersea in the 1920s and before. He was a member of the Salvation Army there and had a chronically ill wife. When she died he moved to the west country, Devon or Cornwall, from whence he may have come. Any information would be gratefully accepted.
