• The majority of Beccles is populated by locals; Low crime (apart from Banham Road, Ellough Road & offshoots; Nice architecture in town; Popular with tourists which is good for the town; On the right side of the River Waveney; Fine looking dark-haired bird in HSBC; Nubile young lady on Woolies check-out.
