The Best Things
- A Little Haven in The Middle Of London. I haved lived in Beckton for 20 years a close knit community with excellent transport facitities. DLR And now we have the Gallions retail park what more can we ask for. Also St Marks Church where I am learning all new computer skills. In the summer I sit in my garden and can not believe that I am in the middle of London at times it can be so peaceful. At this time in my life I would not want to live anywhere else in London Beckton will do me just fine
- Beckton is quickly becoming a shopping Mecca of East London with three retail parks, three 24 hr supermarkets (although having stock on the shelves in Asda seems to be a novelty)
- Beckton Alps... ever wondered what is inside? Well it's not what you think...

- Growing up in 80's Beckton!I was the first little girl to live at number 5 chelmsford close when it was first built. There was a fence that divided us from what seemed to be at the time a vast wasteland where monsters and witches on motorbikes roamed. i went to windsor school but left just before it was demolished and rebuilt in around 1986. I had to move up north and beyond and finally I have returned... Beckton is WONDERFUL... yes, yes...
