- Metro (used to be North)on the High Rd, great place for a quiet Coffee or Smoothie! Try a toasted Pannini, I recommned the Bacon, Stilton & Mango (sounds strange but taste great!!) Does get very busy as it's such a great little place.
- the bean up the street leading to sainsburys, inbetween giles sports and the flower is a great coffe shop/cafe.
- Plenty of cafes, Greensleaves, Lal's pantry, which incidently has been 'closing down' for around 5 months....and another swell one which I think you'll find is rather nice...um...what's it called...well you cant miss it...nice brown leather sofas...and toasties. Mmmmm grrr.
- The Bean Company on the walkway going towards Sainsburys. Less old biddies than Birds!
- Nearly as many as the charity shops now. Please .... no more!!
- The coffee at "Birds" is good ; but, the machine is noisy.
