The Stuff We Can't Fit In Somewhere Else
- its shit
- You've got to see the beach at Westward Ho or Northam Burrows - its the most fantastic place in the world
- Contrary to popular belief, Bidefords New Years celebrations are not anywhere like the best in the country. In fact every area I have visited in England has a small insignificant town nearby that also boasts this. Bidefords NYE is a good night out, I will agree, possibly in the top five places to go in Devon but not England.
- many people dont know this but christopher columbus stoped by in bideford on this vorge of discovery to america
- Great town, love it to bits, but it has little to offer after you've lived here 18 years.
- The gap students!!!!!!!!!!!! Those strange beings from either Australia or South Africa who find it in their hearts to visit our small town for a whole year! Legendery Gap students include Steve Farrelly, Alison Lewis and Ryan Henshaw! All of which dated students of their repective schools and broke many hearts!
- The trees on the Quay were recently removed as part of the extension plan going on to help ease flooding worries, except that a few year's back they had a preservation order placed on them. What's the point of preservation orders when they get revoked just like that, and with no-one being told about it until it's too late???
- does anyone know sue and boz from bideford or somewhere in devon, lost contact years ago, would love to meet up with them again.
- Watch out for Route 66. They like to chuck the odd person out for uner age even though they are old enough and have just forgotton their id. And if you think that im just saying that because i have then your wrong. I know a lot of people that has happened to. WATCH OUT and take your id!!!
