• Ther are 2 teams here, Billingham Town and Billingham Synthonia, both football, Billingham Forum does swimming, there are too many places for martial arts to mention
• Pop into the Forum (i thought they were knocking it down?) swimming baths and and 5 a-side is about all you can do ere...oh and the ice-rink. (full twockers)
• The Astro 'turf'...loose description of the brick and concrete playing area opposite the Telstar. Where you can dice with slicing your knees off on the many broken glass bottles or risk landing on a syringe. All adds to the fun. Garden creeping is pretty good as well...do the pre-fabs run. But watch out for washing lines!

• What can I say, the demise of sport in the area is a crying shame, plenty of facilities but no very few people getting involved at all. The best and noisiest action can be found in the Wynyard pub where they play a frantic game of dominoes with wooden Doms,the noise is deafening some one needs to invent rubber dominoes for a bit of peace and quiet. The swimming pool in the Forum, well I would let an injured racehorse have a dip in it unless it wanted veruccas, the only pool where you need a wetsuit all the time.

• The Forum, they got swimming, ice skating, ice hockey. Numerous classes taking aerobics etc, they have a decent gym at long last, and squash courts, 5 a side etc, you will be suprised at what they have, take a look. Billingham Rugby Club down Cowpen, and they have a decent bar, selling cheap food, and do loads of theme nites where u can get together with the rugby players mmmmm.
• Football, Rugby, hockey, playing fields, parks, leisure and sport centre, swinning pools, karate, judo, dance and others are all involved around Billingham.
• The Forum if you want to lose your fingers ice skating.
• the 5-a-side court on rievaulx avenue, the place where spuggy used to kick everyones arse, before the pyro's burnt huge holes in it !
• You can allways trust Big Jeffo to sort you out for a match on the St Michaels Aastro turf, even if it is only so he gets he pleasure of opening the gate-he loves it so.
