Record Shops
  • Skeleton Records has some great Vinyl, but beware of the miserable owner, I've never met a more ignorant man...
  • Whatever happened to Pink Moon?

  • seeds just off charing cross i dont go there cozs its not my type of music but a friend does and its good if you like that thing
  • MV is a good cd shop n virgin used 2 be but it isnt there now so stick 2 MV 4 now
  • Probe Records, Slater Street, Liverpool
  • skelly's (skeletons
  • Definitely 'Skeleton' - just off Charing Cross. John Weaver's shop has been doing sterling work in providing cheapish vinyl (latterly CDs) for the town for 30 years. Only now they don't reek of patchouli.
  • Used to love Skelly records but that does'nt exist anymore. Woolies were good for bargains!
  • Seeds (Market Street) is kewl 4 dance an stuff bu NO good 4 moshing 2!
  • skeleton records Conway Street
  • Seeds Records (Market Street, Birkenhead) Dance Music, Crappy Hardcore Music, some house music. Also agent for various events (Hardcore Heaven, Helter Skelter and other sh*t things like that)
  • Last independent shop (Penny Lane-yeeeeuuuuurrrrrgggghhhhh) closed down in 1995; only the new Virgin Megastore remains.
  • Try Skeleton Records for old rarities (it could be called Record Exchange these days). He (John Weaver, nice old crow) keeps one step ahead of the debtors I think, and the last time I looked the shop was near the bottom of Oxton Road.
