Arts, crafts and such
- Tiger's Eye on Poplar Road is a gorgeous shop selling all kinds of mind body spirit stuff like incense, crystals,candles and books. They also do therapies upstairs which not many people seem to know. Next door is a cool gifty shop called People. They do some great cards and excellent kids clothes.
- armadillo is cool, on the next road past institute road
- Further down the street where Armadillo is, the street with the entrance to Safeway carpark, is the Festival Shop (I think that's what it's called). Anyway it has a wonderful selection of cards, gifts (of the arty sort), photo frames, some jewellery/books. Also along the same bit of road are another lovely shop with gifts and expensive beautiful clothes and some nice cafes.
- Armadillo, just off the high street sells funky jewellery, beads and cool stuff.
- There are some scenic graphiti sites all around kings heath. just take a romantic walk around the mouthy youths and you will see wonderous colourful etchings of a cultured, urban youth.
- woodhorn museam is a good place, stuck in the middle of nowhere, with no bus service but is worth a visit.
- There are two Art Galleries in Moseley (the rich bit to the North).
