- If you have information about the Electric Cinema in Birmingham it will probably be out of date. The cinema changed hands last year and after being closed for a long period has now reopened, completely refurbished and restored it offers an unusual cinema experience. Seats are 6.00 (4.00 concessions) and 10.00 for a sofa seat with waiter service. There is a fully licensed bar and some lovely food. Contact details: Address: 47-49 Station Street, B5.4DY.
Website: www.theelectric.co.uk Telephone: 0121 643 7879 Email: info@theelectric.co.uk Thanks.
- Update on the electric cinema birimingham - The cinema has been closed but is re-opening on the 17th December. website:www.theelectric.co.uk. phone:0121 643 7879. email: info@theelectric.co.uk.
I have a lot more information if you can use it, I don't know how much you can include on your site, or if there are charges?
Perhaps someone could get back to me at frances.lawes@btinternet.com.
Thanks Frances R-Lawes.
- I'd always travel the extra miles to go to the wonderful tacky neon wonderland of Star City multiplex.
- There used to be one on the same road as polar bear records by the hare and hounds....they should reopen it as a cinema. Maybe they will- it is being re built. You should go into town to the electric cinema instead...just get the 50 bus, it will take you there. The electric is very cool. They have tea and cake and show old films.
- There is a beautiful cinima on the high street of Kings Heath. It has a three screen, 350 seat cinima! Unfortunately the cinima has been closed for the last 15 years, as out side influence, such as entertainment was concidered dangerous by the Kings Heath council.
- The Quaser is shut, the the cinema is long gone, the only entertainment you'll get in this town mate is the laugh a minute concil, Yes Wanbeck DC or should that be WC???? think about it.
- Only the Gala Bingo here! (It's on the High Street (like most things), between Poplar Road and Valentine Road).
Alternatively, the Hall Green Little Theatre might appeal to you!
