Hookup Spots in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire*
Inside Information and Stuff Only Locals Know
You can tell us more about Bishops Waltham.
Hookup Spots
- Corner of upper Basingwell St and Bank Street. It's dark there, and very quiet. If you wait long enough you'll see people goig into the flats on the corner to 'relax'. it takes about two minutes, and the idiot bloke with the blue Mazda pickup can usually help you out if you need anything.
- hoe road rec, priory park rec, the skate park, ridgemede, chalky
- they all hang around down priory park oh wat fun ,or else they seem to sit in the local toilets and get pised up in groups till the police chase them off to another spot maybe jubilee or g days bench.

- I loved Brent Villa, I visited Bishops Waltham for the very first time in August of this year. I adored the town square. My Dad and his twin were born there in 1894, no kidding.
- the bench in the graveyard
- The beer at Hampshire Bowman is excellent. Go there for beer not the company, you can take that with you.Maybe the contributors should have the courgae to have their name attached to their submission??
- it seems that alot of the T.I.Ts (townies in training) like to hang around either by the bus shelter or on the bench in the feild by victoria road. they like to pick on the loners but if you are with a m8 they wont try until yuor 20 foot away, then theyll just shout insults.
- The graveyard for youngsters wearing mostly black!
- Spotty teenagers have been seen sitting on the benches at the side of the church, staring vacantly at the gravestones and talking about boy bands.
- having lived in bishops waltham for 21 years and having left 15 years ago it was great to read all the infomation on bishops waltham especially the bus shelter "crew" . At least over time some things don't change! it was also nice to read that none of the pubs have changed either. Can i ask a question why is the high street full of expensive hairdressers, estate agents and naff clothes shops! where are the fresh butchers. Nice to see "stainers" still going too.
- Budgens supermarket - where all the local 16-19s spend their saturdays trying to get money
Priory Park swings - always someone there
- As the main street of b.w, the Highstreet is the main spot where you can bump into just about anyone your looking for and also has a lovely collection of quaint village shoppes.
- The corner of Claylands Road opposite the Priory was a v. popular spot for engaging in chitter chatter and alco pops drinks. Classy. But, the hallowed bus stop in B/W Square continues to draw in the yoof.
- The bus shelter is a throroughly uncomfortable zone where youngsters like to spend their time throwing chips...
- Bus Shelter
- General loitering on the bridge at 9:30 by the G.I.Ts (Grungers In Training). Spitting at the dog walkers clubs...you're usually safe after 10, they've got school tomorrow you know!
- the bus stop is still the place
- If you think the pubs in Bishops Waltham are shit, then you should try the Hampshire Bowman in Dundridge, and the Cricketers in Curdridge. They are really, really shit. These are the two most sad, dull, crap pubs I have ever seen, and together they make a night in Bishops Waltham seem like a night out clubbing in London. In particular the Bowman is notorious for having twenty motorbikes outside, but only one or two gay moped riders inside. Beer in the bowman is that stuff that tastes like gone off home-brew. However, I strongly recommend the White Swan in Bishops Waltham.
- If you're 16 or under please sit in the bus shelter . Endless fun can be had here staring at you're mates 50cc or trying to pull Tanya from 10S.
