- Bishops Waltham is the gay centre of the area, if you know where to go. Most of the older generation are gay-friendly, and there's the annual BW Pride march second week in June.

- What I would like to see: A small professional theatre (with sufficient parking). Better public transport - (recommission the railway?). Better sports facilities for the community. Cycle paths to connect the surrounding villages, running across the country and away from the roads (lanes).
- Used to be big drug culture. Dont worry though, no pressure or violence just seing what the masses want. Drinking. Many people over the weekend in various stages of being off their nuts.
O and us G.I.Ts where not the worst ones around. Talk to the townies. You mention them enough, there the lot with nothing to do except sit in the bus shelter, ye man good nite man! We G.I.T.S are also the ones who are pleasent if talked to, well if were not in various stage of cum downs or hang ovas.Neway find the rite group of peaople an you can have limited fun in bishops waltham
- It costs £2:80 to get from Wickham to Bish! Absolutely outrageous!
- perhaps the best place to go is Ron Upfield electrical shop, which boast a fantastic selection of staff!!many girls go into the shop to have a good old pereve on the little sex beasts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- The population of chickens is overwhelming!!!
