- People are, when they're in a good mood, the nicest, friendliest people you'll find. They kick the shit out of Londoners, as we actually care, whereas they pretend to, for 5 minutes, until their filofax tells them they have to be somewhere else! We are famed for, and indeed quite happy about, our ability to have a moan. We've earned it! Not exactly full of charmers, but honest and hard working.
