- The Woodman, rebuilt in 1931 replacing a coaching stop. This is a listed building so even needs permission to paint it. Function room at back which used to have a Jazz Night every Wednesday Night
- The Woodman is a must if you are looking for fisty cuffs after you have downed about eight stellas. Untold stories i have heard of normal people receiving a bunch of fives from the occasional pikey strays into the area.
