• I'd like to see them flattening every building they've built over the last 200-odd years to maek way for which they've flattened decent - sometimes very decent - buildings. But the whole history of Bognor Regis has been an ongoing process of knocking down the worthy to repalce with the thoroughly unworthy.
• Most of it! especially the flats on the seafront! ....and dont forget Butlins!

• Fitzleet - why ruin a beautiful skyline with a hideous block of flats. If i want to see tower blocks i'll move to Canary Wharf!! Plus, it smell of wee.

• Butlins, George Ide Phillips, Chamberlain Martin Solicitors, The Alexandra Theatre and the pier.

• Health Centre -concrete eyesore Regis pub on seafront for its outrageous prices, but not theatre behind it - until we get a new theatre, then the whole ugly Regis Centre could go The Pier - badly maintained, not even a good example of a Pier, no chance of heritage money, in private hands (the owner seems to want it taken over by a Trust and then leased back to him - nice one, get the public to fork out its money to repair the neglect by private finance of decades - no thanks) Butlitz - ah but people who come probably like it, in the main, and it does bring lots of trade

• The Pier - this will end the pathetic nonsense about saving it for posterity, it's so nostalgic. Brighton Pier it ain't. The end fell of years ago (no one noticed or cared). Recent indices of global warming (high winds) took another chunk or two off the seaward end. More such weather may finsih the job. Some folk want to spend £££££££'s (x £'000's) on shoring it up and reviving its fortunes, at the expense of the public purse. Waste of money. It's owned and run as a private business - let's keep it that way. It was never a Grand Pier, it was always second rate, and the Town can do better things with its money than to pay heed to the Nostalgia Brigade. There are other things we can save first, with more point, and much more cheaply. Blow the Wind Southerly, Northerly, Westerly, Easterly, Nor by Nor west southerly anyerly, Hurricane Force until the tottering wreck is swept into the sea. Then we can build something better and cheaper.
• All the bloody old granny flats that take up 90% of the prime sea front space! (just because the council got a back hander to give them permission) that is what ruined Bognors tourism!!!!! when will they see that?

• Saint Philip Howard R.C. High School The worst planned and built school in the whole world
• Southcoast World - it's an aircraft hangar, and doesn't belong on the seafront! Smash it up now! Do not pass Go, but do collect 200 demolition workers.
• Health Centre, looks like a 60's fire training buiding.
• The Regis centre is a complete tip.
