Musical Instrument Shops and DJ Gear
  • Mikes music is top notch, they had a ukelele hardcase in stock, thats right, in stock! i had already visited 4 music shops in the west sussex area to no avail. But they do have regular stuff, ofcourse. This is my little secret, there strings are cheaper then guitar and amps as well! innit.
  • Mike's Music
  • Mikes Music in Hawthorn Road have a great selection of instruments and accessories. There repair facilities are the best for miles around. Ian does a wicked guitar setup. Learn sing and play in Essex Road, are great for music lessons, they have professional teachers in a great set up with air conditioned teaching rooms.
  • Mike's music in Hawthorn Road....and that place in Queensway is okay....
  • the guitar and amp shop is great!! and mikes music is good too.
  • Felpham music shop. It is a small village so it is a small and very friendly shop,if I dont get what I want I still have a very friendly chat, So I leave happy. Mikes music's display could do with a good dusting,so less chat amongst the staff and a little more attention to detail and I might just stay long enough to buy something next time! The Guitar and amp shop in bognor,Second to None.11 out of 10.
  • disco daves bargain basement
  • Mikes Music in Hawthorn Road is excellent, I bought a Takamine Guitar recently it was well set up. They also have erni ball strings for under £4.00 a set !
  • Mikes music is the best music shop for miles. If you want an instrument he has most of the major brands in stock so you can try them. I hate music shops who just have one or two cheap student instruments in stock Mike has enough staff that no matter what you play one of them will also play it; you will get advice from somebody who knows about your instrument. ( How much would you trust the advice of an oboe player on electric guitars?). The staff are helpful and knowageable . Internet places may be cheaper for strings or reeds but only if you buy 10 sets or boxes and they are no good if you need a read of string tonight for a gig.
  • Mikes Music
  • Mikes Music have an amazing selection of musical instruments, I went there to buy a sax and they had over 50 to choose from. The guys in shop are all really helpfull and seem really knowlegable. I took an instrument on their easy play and pay scheme, its a great idea, I have rented it for a couple of months and if I like it all I have to do is pay the balance and its mine. They also have a repair service on the premises. Looking around the rest of the shop they seem to have loads of guitars & keyboards as well. Infact the place is so full of stuff its hard to take it all in.
  • Mikes Music is an amazing shop they have an amazing amount of new and used instruments. I have spent many an hour looking through their vast range of sheet music. They are always bustling with people buying and trying out musical instruments, the great thing is thouigh they neve seem to busy to help.
  • Mikes Music has just opened a new store in Hawthorn Road, teh stock of instruments has improved and on my last visit the staff were really helpful, and prices seemed reasonable too. They are hiring Sound Systems and all sorts of musical instruments. They also have a really usefull web site. www.mikesmusic.co.uk
  • I have always found Mike's Music to be a really good traditional music shop. There is far more variety of instruments actualy in stock than in most other places, and since instrument repairs are all done on site, there is usualy an expert on your particular instrument available. The prices are not unreasonable, and if you do find a better deal elsewhere Mike will usually haggle. I play woodwind, so perhaps have different priorities, but have found the help and advice I have received over many years to have been invaluable.
  • Mikes music (Essex Road) is Ok if you want cheap. For quality, Berns Music is bangin! Felpham music in the village is new and doesn't seem much cop
  • Mike's Music in Hawthorn Road
  • On no account buy anything at Mikes Music - unless you don't care how much you pay for it. Also they are so 'on the case' that once they didn't have any guitar jack leads in the shop! No one knows anything about modern music making. Make the trip to Andertons in Guildford or The Guitar & Amp Centre in Brighton. Decent prices and helpful advice at both.
  • Mikes music is overpriced i play music myself and i never go there unless for strings or things like that, because they are the only shop for music they can demand the prices ,check pj walker in portsmouth,or nevada,or for sheer range and up to date go to andertons Guilford.
  • Mikes Music, Amps, Hi-Fi's, Clarinets to Oboes the worlds your oyster, contact a Clare MC Govan for Saxaphone or Clarinet lessons.
  • Mike's Music - Shop in Essex road, warehouse in Hawthorn Road. The warehouse is better coz it has all the guitars and amps. Eddie Snodin works here Bognor's greatest drummer!
