- It's a very short bus ride to Muswell Hill, a couple of extra stops and you can get a great italian coffee at Amici's in East Finchley. There is a garden centre and a big playing field with cafe 2 mins walk from the tube.
- Green spaces, Bromley Park
- It quiet nearby but within easy travelling distance to the hussle and bussle of London Town
- Small, pleasant, unpretentious area. It's not an up-and-coming gentrified hotspot, just a normal north London suburb that's conveniently placed on the Piccadilly line.
- It's got a tube station
