• Best places to meet up or have a moke are at Braintree Colledge at the cotch wich is home to the cotch crew. the coth is a secret hidden area round the side of riverside sports center wich is perfict if you want a smoke up. There is also the skate park but no so much since the chavs wreked it all. Finally theres always someone having a party in braintree so just find out and crash.
• The market place - they've sort of pedestrianised it - it can get pretty crowded and you never know who you're gonna see there. Also, outside The Venue when there's a band on.
• the churchyard of St michaels church in the summer.....police around there alot now tho outside cyprus fish bar is a gr8 place to find chav scum
• The old railway track going from train station all the way to Gt. Dumnow.
• braintree skate park is cool or even the fountain other side of town.
• braintree sucks, i live there now, im 15 years old and the place is miserable, be just the slightest bit individual and you get spat on, chased and abused. take my advice- get out of there and get out of there fast

• just to up-date the files H2O's is now no more, shame no one went there in the first place. malones diner has also closed it's doors. the Bull has been refrebed to the horror of the local that drank in there on a friday night. the Nags head is now the globe but all it is is the nags with a lick of paint but with teenie boppers rather than old gits the place to be in Braintree at home with the misses or at a push Chicagos at freeport
• the bowlin alley up freeport, cause they have dance machines in there, theyre da wickedest fingz eva!

• There are loads of places, you just have to get to know ppl. However, I spent my youth in Braintree and it was the dullest time of my life. Advice to teenagers, don't waste your precious years, hanging around is a waste of time, money and cheap booze and b & h fags! Get involved in something!
• That strange road leading up to McDonalds and all those other lovely take away drive through joints they've put in in recent years. What DO all those people hanging around in their cars (with no takeaway) get up to?!
• the addy, dodgy children's play park near the uni, regular spot for the kids who don't like milton park
• outside tesco's, tend to be where the youth of braintree congregate.

• The best Skatespot in braintree used to be the loading bay round the back of tesco's. There two curbs, a small useless one and the best curb in Braintree. A 12 foot long well waxed curb that is about knee height. But now tesco's have hammered the curb in with a drill and stuck a no skateboarding sign up. Tesco's sucks. No the only place left is a tiny poor curb in the leisure centre car park. We need a bloody Skatepark!
• The Public Gardens is a favourite spot for young and old alike (but mostly young), especially in the summer. Many yongsters can often be found loitering around the Freeport bus stop, but maybe that's just because they're catching a bus, George Yard is favoured by some also. But remember - Public Gardens - its the place to be!
• The bus stop fo the shuttle bus to freeport which is outside tescos or there is also a bench outside barcleys bank.
