• There's the hobo who lives near the multistories, he's funny, a bit mad. But by far the best is the litter picking guy who EVERYONE in Bridgend has said hello to, if not had a small conversation with him. He's the friendliest man on this Earth, methinks. And you can see him in town, walk directly home at a rather brisk pace, and you'll see him cleaning up near where you live, somehow. I think he can fly. Or he has clones.

• Do you remeber a short old man called Donald, who used to collect money for the Salvation Army in the Rhiw Arcade. I used to like the way he used to say 'Thank-you very much, Thank-you very much' - when you put a donation in to his collection box - he is to be remembered for his good work - he raised thousands of pounds for the Salvation Army.
• and there was a boy called Micheal who used to sit for many hours everyday outside the bus station with a blanket, begging for money.
• And there's an old man called Denis Young, who wears a bright orange jacket, who goes around the town taking photographs. You cant miss him - has he ever taken a photograph of you??

• um...some foreign guys have been sitting in adare street (woolworths street) trying to flog some wire bent into shapes...don't get too close unless you intend to buy....they have a tendancy to hound you....

• If you ever go to Laleston, keep an eye out for a boy with loads of black hair. Its a huge wig and i believe he now sells the big issue. He plays a guitar and thinks he can sing but he's crap. His name? Why hes none other than Rhodri ap Daffydd.

• There is one Busker who makes me laugh!!He plays the guitar,BUT he's also a taxi driver and a security guard!!He's Huge(with a goaty!!)

• No-one can compete with the piped music in The Rhiw these days. However, I remember Kenny-Lee Miller performing there as part of a duo some years before before they refurbished it. Fantastic version of 'Bird Dog', I must say.
• Street entertainers? There's a breakdancing bloke to be seen wandering around the place. He doesn't busk, or interact with other humans.

• There's a bloke who can't sing who hangs out in the arcade by Peacocks with two flea-eaten dogs. I'll give him a fiver to go home.
• That bloke with the guitar who sits outside NatWest is really good (the one with the far-away look in his eyes)
