The place to go for a lazy afternoon, pub quiz or last call
You can tell us more about Brierley Hill.
Pubs
- I love The Commercial in Brockmoor!! Bar staff are fab, love em all! But beware, if the face don't fit don't go in!!
- Best pub in Brierley Hill probably has to be The Corn Exchange. There's also the legendry "Delph Run" a row of pubs on the Delph Road. These include The Corn Exchange, The Vine (known as The Bull and Bladder-home of Bathams) The Black Horse, The Dock and Iron, The Tenth Lock and The Bell.
Worth going to The waterfront for a good nite out. Best places to go up there are probably PJ's, Maya and Bar Edge. academy should be avoided and Boom should only be approached if highly intoxicated with alcohol!! It plays cheesy 90's music!!
Wetherspoons in Merry Hill (The Abraham Darby) is worth going to if you're lookin for a chill out with your mates.
- the talbot, going into kingswinford.
- They are all rough as hell on the high street, even the one in the bowling alley is dodgy. The Waterfront is Ok, but there are a lot of slappers, less fights and a bit better class though. Some of the old locals away from the highstreet (the George, my local, in Brockmoor and acouple others round there are good to get pissed without trouble)
- The Bridge is alas no more - its now a trendy Indian Restaurant. Friday night in Brierley Hill will never be the same . . . Good luck to new owner who has spent a serious wedge
- THE BRIDGE Bank St. Say hello to Teresa the topless barmaid
- Every pub is a rough as f*@k. Rock tavern, Turks head, the Kings. Good clientel
- These are all the drinking places I've been to in the Brierley Hill (DY5)area. Does anyone know any more? I thin

- Interesting if only for the past before I had money. My friends and I used to go down the high Street where there are enough pubs to get you pretty smashed. There is one God-like pub, though - try the Blue Brick Taphouse opp. Forte where I used to work, it's corking and friendly!
- Dismal, theres the nearby Delph run, a 6 pub crawl or the Waterfront for blokes in shirts
