• Gallus Boxing Club in the basement of Cheetahs in Hove. Monday, Wednesday Friday evenings, saturday afternoons. Great people, great training, no attitude.
• David lloyds over at the marina has great facilities
• King Alfred is pretty good considering it's badly in need of lots of tlc. Where will we go when it's under renovation?? Any suggestions?

• thres a big surf/ kite surf and windsurf scene here. its worth heading over to shoreham beach if its blowing, but you get some people off of the king alfred too.
