- Adam Pickering's house, while not strictly a shop, holds that largest known non-retail collection of records in Europe. Despite the 'non-retail' claim, the collection does boast more records that virtually all independant record outlets, and most Our Price locations.
- NO there aren't any except the video shop where you can order CD's and wait about a month for them to arrive, or so i've been told by many of the Spice Girls fans. Adam PIckering's mail order does in fact not exist adn is a clever hoax to try and make u part with your hard earned cash. don't fall foul of the scheming Pickering.
- The conglomerates of Broughton Astley, the Patel family, have ong been looking at the prospect of investing in the sale of chart CD's and cassettes. Sadly, despite Mitten's (the black sheep of the family) best efforts so far all thats available is "Neil diamonds greatest hits (1980 - 1985) and "Friday night with Engelbert Humperdink" (up until recently when the shop was ram raided there was a Tina Arena box set available).
