  • Phil Vickery, Tom Yorke (nearby), Tori Amos Goldsworthy Guerney, Yogi baird, Hawker, antony payne (cornish giant)
  • Guy from radiohead reef live nearby the queen
  • Seriously famous past - like Goldsworthy Gurney - he of "in the limelight" fame - but you're more interested in now I think
  • Ex Resident- Mad Woman with Red Hair who would shout "Get Out" to people and passing cars. Known to sometimes carry a knife. Would tell you if anywhere near her to "Shut up" "Get out" "Get Bloody well out of here" etc. Relieved to beable to say that she has now gone. (Taken to Bodmin Mental home or somewhere like that) Current resident- going towards elderly lady who walks around town with a horse helmet on her head, wears plastic bags on her feet, and sleeps in a car. A bit cuckoo, but a bit of entertainment for those who spot her. Another resident, man who wears large white rimmed hat (a bit like a cricketers hat). He look's in his early 60's and has grey hair, and beard. He often wears a white shirt and trousers. Talks to himself and will mumble things to you too if you pass him. Has a bad staring problem- Will stop and stare at you from across the street... v.scary. Not to be met on a dark night.
  • Nowel Edmunds lives in the near by town of Jacobstowe. He is often seen wondering the Bude beaches and visiting the local pool with his family.
  • Tori Amos lives in Whitstone (some of the time) Radiohead live in Crackington Haven (even less of the time)
