- The cinema bude doesnt have is amazing!
- Nearest cinema is the Rainbow at Poundstock. Budes last cinema was The Headland (where Somerfield supermarket now stands)
- I think the info about the Rebel should definitely be amended. Although the variety of films is limited, the area is so lucky to sport such a bizarre little place. It has a lovely intimate feel, reminiscent of when early cinemas began to spring up in all sorts of places. If you don't support it you'll lose it and that would be a crying shame.
- Local Cinema out at Poundstock in an old Barn

Just dont go there.
the rebel but its just like a big tv no really its the smallest cinema ever
The Rebel at Poundstock - bout 5 miles from Bude
The information you give is a little misleading. The Rebel Cinema at Poundstock is Bude's Cinema, yes it is small, but the majority of times very busy. Films played there are not two months old. Very often release films are played and if not on release 3 three weeks later. I would be grateful if you would amend your information. M Collard Publicity manager for the rebel.
Don't be so borring there's pubs, night clubs and beach parties to go to. You don't come to Bude for the cinemas
Rebel Rainbow Cinema, Poundstock. The nearest cinema is about 5 miles away and is small (only one screen). Shows the BIG films! but two months after they're released elsewhere.
I think The Rebel provides a stirling service to the town of Bude. Please remember just how wide an area this cinema covers - the next closest cinema is at least an hours drive away! It is such a shame that these negative comments have to be amongst the first that appear through Google as I'm sure the Rebel staff have worked extremely hard to run this cinema for our benefit. The service is always exemplary & the cinema itself is a pleasure to view films in - long may it continue to be so.
