• The Salterton Arms for great food and drink - The Hansard Hotel for accommodation what a combination.
• THE SALTERTON RESTAURANT
• The Feathers, Cafe Budleigh, The River Otter, The beach, the Shops, the locals...
• Cannabis plants growing in local gardens - great bird seed we have!
• got to be the cricket club. the best place (thats is you like cricket!!) in my opinion! a must go to!! just go to watch the match or have a pint or 2!!!
• being able to do wat ever you want! no police knowing everyone and the beach
• The barbecue sauce from the Chinese. Best I've found. Evening pub league cricket matches - lovely on a summer evening and good barbecue too.

• Very quiet, unobtrusive way of life, good ice creams from the Creamery
• The beach is the best thing. In the Winter the sea comes crashing in and it's brilliant to go down and blow all your troubles away in the wind, very dramatic and emotional. And in the Summer when the sun shines the sea is so blue and like a mill pond and there's nothing better than relaxing on the warm pebbles with a great big ice-cream!
• good air
• Peace and quiet. Winters- lovely and cosy Summers- warm and almost mediteranean. Views...excellent People.....generally nice. A few eccentrics keep the atmosphere unique. etc,etc
