- Whatever happened to the Copper Kettle
- the copper kettle is the best place 2 go if u want hairs in ur food
- we have a coffee shop at the Railway hotel. there is also a couple of cafes, the meeting place and my favourite, the copper kettle. recently an internet cafe has opened.

- Go to the Quayside on the front and give a really big tip - I work there and the money is shit - so drop in and I'll serve you with a smile!!!

- The Quayside cafe, on the front....its the best ( I work there ) so tip well...
- Cabin Dairy Tearooms - don't bother going anywhere else - great food, entertaining staff and the best cappuchino in Essex. The lovely Jeanette is always pleased to see you.
- Cabin Dairy cafe - best grub, famous for its Full Monty all day breakfast. Bikers meeting spot during summer months, loads of state of art motorbikes to view.
