- There are no known skateboard spots because nobody in Bury can ACTUALLY skate. No need for them you see.
- there is a nice as wearhouse not far from the skatepark its apparantly getting demolished but nothing has been touched for ages, used to be open to skaters/bmxrs etc. used to have 2 (approx)4ft quarter pipes, a nice concrete box in the middle (beautiful height for manuals etc about the height of two curbs)the concrete box used to have sketchy ramps over it and was pretty fun to fly over, then the other side a big metal flatbank. also a (i think) 4 set quite steep but not too much trouble and loads of legdes, this place is packed with materials to make new ramps etc from. pretty nice spot definatly better than bury skatepark for people who arent ramp skaters. to get to it just go to bury skatepark instead of climbing the fence (or walking round to the gate) cross the road so ur out the front of a flooring company (usually have office chairs out the front aswell. then walk away from town (towards the pub) and on your right u will see 2 smashed up abandoned wearhouses a white one and a brown one, the brown one is the one. get in and hope some bastard hasnt taken all the ramps down etc....
p.s. may take a bit of work to get in, so take something to open the wooden boards over the windows.
- college has a nice set of 9 with ledge a 12 with ledge and a 13 with ledge. Roys has a steep 8,k.e.g.s has a 12 with low handrail and st.james has a nice 10 pyramid but not much run up
- Train station
- Bus station and cattle market seem to be popular. And abbey gardens, but i think they've banned skate boards now...
- Triton house set of 7 is pretty good (goes into a road).
- Most skaters use the steps near the underground on the way to B&Q
- There's the skate park, outside the front of woolies, nice clear space to skate, and outside the church down st johns street, its almost as good as the skate park!
- the abbey gardens for chillin' out in the summer with ya mates
- A Well good 8 set at hsbc near the bus station, a well good 9 set at the college with ledge, st james school has nice 4 set but not too much runup, priory school has, 3set, 2 4 sets, 2 5 sets.
- CATTLE MARKET AND BURY SKATEPARK
- The church at the end of st. john's street is a good place to skate. It has a flat bank, a set of four and a few ledges.
- (Kingdom Hall Carpark and Christian Resource center carpark oppisite County Upper School) ,vibe fm carpark behind skatepark, K.E.G.S, County Upper School, Westley Middle School. By the church oppisite Hardcore Hobbies. Bury bus shelter and st andrews house near it.Kwik save carpark.

- bseskatepark is in the works ....they have the land and enough to buy a few things it will grow as money presents itself
- Langton Place: near town centre. Three steps and benches. Good car park with curb islands (low curbs), long thin islands and a short fat one. After 5pm or Sundays. Bawn: far out of town centre on Mildenhall Road. Two excellent tarmac islands in car park. Fairly high. One long, one short. Long island frequently waxed. Big flatland area. Smoothest surface in the country? "One push and your eyes need drying." After 5.30 or weekends. B & Q: big car park. Curb islands, nice square metal bar. Anytime if you're called Tom and a dab at DIY. Rest of us after 5pm or whenever there are no customers Westgate School: fairly good place, but, Nick, where are the handrails and downhill run? Mellow hip is good, one set of steps, benches knackered. St James School: No benches here now either (caretaker). Set of two steps, playground, bins.
