- The Clink:Not rough and raucous as the previous person has put it, but always full of locals especially on a Thursday night when the pub quiz and steak night is on, I would say it is the most popular pub in Callington for the locals because all the other pubs are empty. Also serves the widest range on alcohol and does the best and biggest sunday roast!!
- The SwingleTree was always packed with young people a few years ago but it seems as they've got a bit older they've all gone back to The Bulls Head. The Cricket Club is also quite popular with a lot of the younger people.
- The Bulls Head: popular haunt for youthful drinking. Lunchtime drinking haunt for the sixth formers (at least it was in my day) and the Rotary club! Good place to meet up with old school friends, once a year at Christmas.
- The Coachmakers Arms: where the teachers would drink at lunchtime! Foody pub.
- The Old Clink: Only ventured in to this one once! Rough and raucous.
