• POSE WAS THE WORST SHOP ON CANVEY - THANK GOD ITS CLOSED DOWN!!
• i am a 13 year old girl and i DO NOT dress like a slapper yer maybe i go out in short skirts and reveling tops but do i care! the shops on canvey are wat you expect of a small island browns impression pose and new look are all great. mizzel is also a good designer shop
• THERE IS ONLY ONE DECENT SHOP ON CANVEY AND THAT IS CALLED POSE ALL THE REST ARE CHEAP TACK AND BROWNS NEVER TAKE ANYTHING BACK, WANKERS

• Just to share my view on the clothes shops on canvey. When i was younger i went there but now i havent actually been shopping down the town for a good 6 months and when i do its only to get a card or get my nails done. Refering to a comment that New Look is expensive, it is not the clothes are cheap in which case they are still crap.

• The best clothes shop is New Look unless ur a skinny bird in which case u go to the tacky shops like Pose n Browns.

• we have browns and impressions. both sell tacky clothes which everyone on canvey wears and girls go around dressed like clones! dare not venture off the island!!
• there's like 3 girls clothes shops up town:- brown's, impressions n new look & theres sum new lil shop dunno wot da fuck its called
• Browns, impressions and a new one called Pose are the worst shops ever. it's just a load of cheap tack. New look is ok but not great. better off going lakeside.

• Well impressions is crap, brown won'nt take any clothes back so you can only really trust new look.

• new look is fab -NOT!! the canvey new looks sells the worst selection of clothes EVER! and the clothes from Browns always falls apart!
• yeah theres a few. not to bad for womens stuff, but for blokes very few descent shops, better to shop elsewhere, like basildon, southend,lakeside etc, etc.
• Looking 4 a kewl clothes shop on Canvey? Forget it! (Unless you're a trendy, in which case there's plenty of shops that sell slapper-like clothing.....!)
• MOST SHOPS CATER FOR GIRLS LIKE NEW LOOK AND PEACOCKS. THE BLOKES NEED SOME DECENT STORES
• browns is a good shop for the younger generation and we have a new look it is ok i guess um we have impressions that is crap i admit
• Browns is a good place for teens clothes, New look is really expensive even though they say it's in a sale, Impressions is quite cheap but really crap, peacocks which was recently opened is okay.
• sweet f$ck all shop wise on canvey - go to basildon or southend.
• A couple, but nothing amazing, so we go to Lakeside for that.
• Lots of middle-aged women's clothes shops, plus a New Look. Not much for men except maybe John Man Shop.
• PAUL RICHARDS AND NEW LOOK ARE ABOUT IT IF YOU ARE UNDER 25 SO DON'T EXPECT MUCH.
• there's a few clothes shops eg moniques, browns, new look and the stallions
• Some womens, no menswear. Best clothes shop Posers ( if you're a woman.)
