• Red Gables, it may be next door, but it's got class. If only someone had thought to make a quiet garden pub out of it!
• The South Street Soul Kitchen, Shaun and hippy kev's notorious after hours session cum soft recreational substance outlet. huge telly, continous djs, high class weed and the wildest music, you've ever heard....my time in carlisle wouldn't have been the same without it, god bless you boys wherever you are

• Trinity School. Hate half the teachers but it was good place and it's the best school in town. Nicks house in the garlands estate many a good peave sesh's there.
• The castle..............fantastic! Even a friend of mine from York was impressed with it. Dixons chimney. Town Hall.

• The Castle, the premier English Heritage site in the North West. The longest castle in continuous military use and some of the best-preserved barrack blocks.
