  • u dont have peter edment ,senior on ur list who was the best dart player in scotland
  • Sitting outside Kaos on a nice afternoon used to be the thing to do, now people meet at the train station to go to Glasgow and hang out!
  • Aye run about down the burn and its the best party ever!! the burns a constant party at the bridge or the old log until at least 3 in the morning where folk eventually collapse!!

  • we love to go down the high street with mates after school
  • Update: Moshers and emo kids (yep, a very vile species of kid) now favour hanging down the railway park, man. An exciting time to be had on the swings drinking your maws sherry (because you're cool and you stole it) and crying because you're so emotional.
  • Auld Auld Wishie road is the place to be on a friday nite about 10:30
  • used to hang round the pavillion up the moor
  • Only a few people will know off "The Subbie"
  • Fairyhill, a once well known hot spot for late night adult entertainment for consenting couples when their bedroom was not available due to mum and dad staying up late and watching TV. Oh the memories, after the sooty's disco one would buy IRN BRU and head for fairyhill wearing our Wrangler Jackets and best denim jeans. Burd in tow and many nights of warm memories upon damp grass, broken bottles and empty fag packets not to mention the state your clothes got in and the skelp your maw gave your in the morning when she saw them. Long live Fairyhill.
  • the county bar is the worst pub in carluke. am a local and a have to say theres no good pubs in carluke
  • The new skate-park! Great for both neds and moshers- there's a total divide tho, if ur a mosher watch you don't go to the ned side or..aye. Great wee swing park just up from it with a class roundabout n all! It's just up by Crawforddyke Primary.
  • ..gawd,things have changed in thirtyyears
  • Fairy hill, up behind the High School, good for an old day TRIP
  • half 7 at the chippy
  • One Point 2 moshers (and most others that dont carry firarms) Stay well clear of the neds base of operations know to all as 'doon the tas man' and to all others unitas crecent
  • The high street - the ned's hive - dreaming of the time when they can get into the pubs or clubs - fuelled by buckfast and 20'20.Ned's are bad..mmmmm'nkay!!
  • Jocks burn is now patroled regularly by the police so the burn is now a no no
  • Carluke high street, down by the industrial estate

  • Somerfield Carpark, (this location is recomended for ned's, nova drivers and saddos only!!!).
  • Anywhere, where there is sufficient lighting
  • I like the car park in the north side of the town centre, beside the post office.
  • The Burn is the talk off the town where all the underagers go to have a party. It's free and open to anyone who love's the outdoor party but most folks have to be in by about 8.30-9.00pm for there school inthe morning
  • no hanging around areas : It's a respectable place. Probably Greggs is the safe bet! Or just outside.
  • kirkton primary, playgrounds, a must for fellow SKAD drinkers or the old brickworks if you live on the other side of the town and can not be bothered walking down the street
  • the high street at night- alternatively up the moor
  • The Market Square popular with those seeking alternative summertime highs.
  • Behind the Health Centre, the Car Park in Hamilton Street, and the playgrounds of Kirkton Primary or High Mill in the winter evenings - perfect for downing a few cans of 'K' or the odd bottle of Merrydown!
