- Cow Pots ice cream parlour make the most amazing milk shakes. I recommend the Jammie Dodger one. Sounds horrible but it really is lush!
- Time... is very nciely decorated. CAFFI GLAS ...lovely homemade fod and cakes!

- Time Coffee Bar. Go in, get a latte and sit upstairs, very chic design and friendly staff, mostly.
- There's a nice one, next to the "Outback" and the service is friendly.
- CABAN Y DDERWEN, CURLY FRIES ARE AMAZING
- Mosaic Deli Bistro! It's not cheap but, oh my god - their homemade passion fruit cake is to die for! Have a slab (not a slice - they're definately not stingy!). Yum!

- u.s.a chicken on a sat nite...foods horrible...but if ur drunk...u dont care
- The Coffee Shop, next to Crisp and Fry - they do a hella good hot chocolate.
- Time Coffee Bar and Cyber Cafe is a really cool place to hook up with your mates over a hot drink or a savoury snack. It also has a really brill cyber section.

- There's a new coffee shop on Nott Square which is quite nice, they have computers in there but so far I havent seen anyone use any of them (maybe theyre scared to!) and there is Gatehouse Coffee shop which I always used to visit when I woz in comp :) they serve very delicious hot chocolate!
- Humble Pie in Lammas Street. Good hot chocolate and baked potatoes.
- Notts Square/King Street- The Coffee Bar.
- morris tea rooms (king street) is a great ol' fashioned 'greasy spoon'.
that's a compliment......don't sue me!
- Wimpy (really expensive), That one on Nott's Square thats kinda hidden away- it's upstairs in a kind of chocolate shop- quite posh- really cosy.
- Pembertons is the best. They do cool tortillas, pizzas and loads of different coffees.
- Humble Pie- Lammas St.
- Try Jackson's lane (Cegin) - fantastic cawl and a lovely spot.
