The Worst Things
- Tobias Vaughn owns the town. Ptchah eh, huh huh! What kind of a fool do you take me for?
- I suppose the worst thing is all the really ugly people. there are so many of them in this town. Truly all biffers. i have never seen such a collection of mis-shapen heads and ugly chins (if they've got any to begin with) in my life. True confirmation, if need be, that there is no god.
- There are no buses because of another ancient byelaw which prohibits any public transport bigger than Donkey Carts in the town limits. that said, First Buses, which took over the privitatised local firm, runs a Donkey Cart service from Chaffley to destinations as far afield as Chelmsford, Colchester and Clacton.
