Cinemas
  • i wuldnt go to chelmsford its crap!
  • I would avoid the odeon chelmsford, overpriced and a poor selection of films.
  • Odeon all the way!! its wickid. a complete mix of people gop there and its got loads of massive screens. however the drinks and food are way too expensive so go to woolworths or somewhere b4 to get food etc.
  • oden is too expensive and the seats are crap! instead by sweets in wilkinson and drive to braintree freeport the seats are huge, you dont look at the back of someone's head and you can sit where you like.
  • Odeon its kool, mix of people and they arent yelling insults at each other!!!
  • The odeon
  • Oden yeah it's ok but I prefer ciniworld in Braintree
  • Odean
  • Its ok a bit small and the snacks are a bit expensive- I prefer to go to cineworld in Braintree as it is bigger and you can choose where you sit
  • the cinema is fine its the odeon, y travel miles 2 c the same film u cld c 5 minutes away, thats jst fuckin stupid
  • everyone goes to the odeon
  • Odeon.......behind buger king off da high street
  • chelmsford cinema
  • the odeon
  • The Odeon is pretty much the only cinema in Chelmsford, with the exeption of the Cramphorn Theatre (next door to the Civic) which occasionally shows films. The odeon is OK, but even the superior seats that you pay £1 extra for are not comfortable, the cinema's only redeming feature is the Haagen Daz cafe. In my opinion if you have a car then go to the cinema in Festival Leisure Park in Basildon. All the seats are comfy and you don't have to pay a premium for comfort. I do realise however that it is in Basildon.
  • Check out the Cramphorn Threatre for older/art house films, Odeon for the rest.
  • It's pretty good. We used to travel from Colchester 'cos it was better, but the new Odeon in Colchester is miles better now.
  • all rubbish go down central park
  • Small cinema -8 only 8 screens for the county town!
  • Megazone!!! And Megabowl!! (no wait thats borin!) Cinema is cool too i spose!
  • Odeon... what else to say?
  • near the meadows shopping centre
  • The Odean is really expensive but really good! lovin' it!
  • the odeon has this certain smell that makes you want to buy the whole haagen das bar
  • The odean i no every1 that works there and they are all a gr8 laff, the cinema is dratically overpriced at 5.70 a film but apart from that yeah it rox. The best members of staff at the odeon are: gemma, chris, nick and mark who we all laugh at!!! future members of staff may well include lisa and jenni! who will make the atmosphere more enjoyable!!
  • cinema is always a good place to go and the staff there are really nice, i should know, ....most of them are friends of mine... - i might be working there soon too. - some good films on too.
  • There's going to be a new multiplex in Chelmer Waterside apparently.
  • MegaZone, laser game, u no, it kicks Quasers arse its bigger, funner, more levels and the gun and packs are better, its even cheaper, probably.
  • THE ODEON- ITS THE ONLY ONE!!!
  • i guess the odeons ok, if i had the choice though id go to basildon festival park uci.. the quasar is cool, great 2 use in lunch time if your at college
  • Odeon...badly run so it's new lay-out makes it extreamly easy to "forget" to pay for things!!
  • when was the last time any 1 went to mega zone it ruled.double wammy and u no it
  • The odeon cinema in town is small but good. There's bowling out on new london road, nr Securicor. If the road names are muddled, please ignore my ignorance.
  • odean!!pretty decent comfortable bring your own food as stuff there is a rip off!!
  • Cinema is actually really decent. Big screens plenty of flash looking bits. Love it.
  • The cinema in Chelmsford is really good. There are always decent films showing. (and yes, it's true, the ticket boys are fit!)
  • odean always busy nice ice cream nice place to take a girl out on a date
  • The cinema (Odeon) is absolutely crap here but the bowling alleys alright for a laugh.
  • There is only one cinema (the Odeon) in Chelmsford, it has quite a few screens and shows most of the new movies that come out. If you want a bigger selection of films though go either to Basildon or Lakeside.
  • Odean is wikid cos u dont have 2 pay....tee heee
  • Don't like havin to chose ur seats but apart from that it's cool!
  • The odeon is really nice. It was modified about a year ago and now has a real 21century, American feel which is knida nice.
  • WELL DECENT CINEMA BETTER THAN SOME I HAVE BEEN TO ALWAYS HAS DECENT FILMS TO WATCH AND THE POPCORNS GOOD
  • There is only one cinema in Chelmsford and that is the Odean in the town centre, and that is all we need it shows all the recent films with over 6 screens
  • Mega Zone, cool lighting and even cooler fun!
  • Bowling alley just outside of town. Quasar in the town centre also Ice skating if your into cold and falling over
  • The Odeon's a bit faceless. They reluctantly show non-mainsteam films on Mondays only during term-time, but the Odeon looks for any excuse not do so - probably because these showings don't bring in as many punters as the blockbusters. There's a Quasar-type place off Moulsham St. I haven't been bowling for ages - the lanes are always fully booked for some corporate event or other, and the games are quite expensive, not to mention the drinks in the bar!
  • THE ODEON REQUIRES LOUNGE FACILLITIES IF YOU CANT GET TICKETS BY CREDIT CARD YOU MUST GET THERE EARLY-THEN WHAT?????
  • The odean has just been made bigger and better with a yummy hagen dajz bit and some gorgeous new ticket boys
  • Chelmsford has a cinema, an Odeon to be exact!
