- BUTTERFLIES. BRILLIANT COFFEE!!
- Stewarts in Tindal Street [next to Judge Tindals], is the best food u'll find in Chelsmford by a long shot!! They staff are so friendly and good humoured, even though the girls that work upstairs on a saturday are so irritatingly skinny! lol, but seriously, the baguettes are to die for!! They av so many differenty fillings as well, and its good for children, they have got a wickedly drawn kids menu, in althentic seven year old writing so im told. Deffinetly worth a visit, espically if u like coffee and tea, its got tons of differnt 1s!!!
- As soon as cannabis is legalised, Cford will av da most coffee shops, we love it!
- dunno ummmm the cafe rouge expensive but good!
- If you don't smoke and want to look trendy go to Starbucks. If you actually like to relax and drink GOOD coffee go to (the main)Costa. Costa do a nice lemon cake too. BB's is another option if Costa is full, but there is no atmosphere, and I have never been able to relax when I have gone here. I generally just go and get a takewaway muffin because they really are the best muffins I've tasted.
- There's suddenly so many coffee shops, five years ago there were none!
Starbucks in the summer is a good place to chill out and watchChelmsofrd go by.
- some up the bottom end of the high street
- none unless u count the "y" on saturday mornings
- Plenty of good potential for when they legalise it!
- Starbucks, THE meeting place once you are above the age of those meeting in Maccy D's (and getting a wage, £3 for a frappachino?!?!) We're always there, come find us!
- Butterflies, Ottakars, Starbucks.
- Costa, nice on a summer's day.
- costa coffee
- Starbucks has nice coffee but v.expensive and full of trendies so get a take out.
- costa. where you have to make a coffee last as long as a pack of fags
- The Moon...no one but me and the toadstool will understand this
- Is this a new trend or something, all of a sudden coffee shops are springing up from nowhere....i love kaffine and all, but please.... this is too much!
- It's gotta be Starbucks these days, has taken over from Costa and is open til 8pm at night! They do lovely Frappacinos!
- Becareful every1 has greebs hanging around sharing a cuppa between 6
- STARBUCKS-----what more can you say.....caffiene heaven
- eerrrrrrr.......Rada is it that new places on finches in dukes street.
- Everywhere...
- COSTA OPPOSITE YATES'
- the one in meadows is nice
- Starbucks has now opened, very expensive but nice...and it has purple, velvet chairs-so you don't have to fight for the comfy ones like in Costa.
- Plenty, but only Costa deserves any attention or hard earned cash. Bring back John Menzies cafe, where you could get really arsed and spend two hours puking in there, with no one noticing!!! Wahey!
- costa coffe house is where i like to go and relaxe when it is to cold to be out shopping or down the park chilling wioth mates or some times i head to bb's
- coach house cheapest food in chelmsford always easy to get a seat
- There are loads of cafes which all serve nice food. The only coffee shop apart from ones in department stores I can think of is Costa.
- bb's
- Usual chain Cafe's, BHS, cafe rouge, costa, thorntons, BB's (though BB's do the best muffins in town!!) Best bet for drinking coffee outside on a hot day is costa. No Cyber Cafes that I know of.
- MMMM MACCYDEE's
- cafe Rouge on the high street
- BHS cafe is great if you want to people watch from a discreet distance whilst sipping your coffee and munching your snack. Costa is better though as you can smoke there and it has comfy sofas with a relaxed atmosphere.
- Some real nice places here - cafe Rouge has the best looking staff in Essex, which is hard to find around Chelmsford. Loads of smart new places springing up too as well as the old favs Butterflies and Costa
- The stagecoach for that back to the 1950's old style retro stuff and you can have a fag with your coffee without having to go outside!!!!
- Millets cookie bar ( does that count )
- Cford now has two Costa Coffee shops, one of which is inside Ottakar's bookshop.
Thornton's cafe isn't the nicest place but they do fantastically decadent hot chocolates.
