Musical Instrument Shops and DJ Gear
- allegro music is good for all that stuff.
- allegro, really helpful staff, and always have what you want.
- allegro music by the hsbc i got a really great piano there
- Allegro music \m/
- James Dace in moulsham street and Alegro music at the top of the high street are highly recomended.
- Allegro
- James Dace & Sons on malsum street dont go to algero it sucks
- Theres one in the town centre, but cant remember the name
- loads in chelmsford, allegros, daces etc
- dacey's cause even if you don't have wat your looking for they get it for u for nxt time u come in the shop
- dacey's is the best place to get music books cause they have them all and if they don't have what your looking for they always got a new stock coming through the next day which they can add the thing you want to it.
- Upstairs at Slipped Disc 2 is no longer a music shop. Allegro in the high street, chelmsford is agood place to buy a guitar. The people who work there actually play guitar and are very well informed. The selection and quality of guitars has improved since the return of John to the guitar department. The shop manager will do managers special deals, such as giving a free good quality gig bag to the buyer of a guitar, not necessarily the most expensive guitar either. This is a store where people in the music business shop, I can highly recommend it.
- bertie's above slipped discs was a superb shop until it closed down, excellent service and prices. now we're limited to allegro. P.M.T. and honkey tonk in southend are ok though plus there's music warehouse in colchester and peaches guitars somewhere out in the middle of knowhere near-ish braintree. oh and not forgetting moulsham electronics for dj stuff and gaffa tape!
- allegro, james dace
- JAMES DACE, MOULSHAM STREET. EVEN HAS CATALOGUES OF MUSIC TEACHERS.
- Depends on which kind of instruments. James Dace in Moulsham St. for Classical, upstairs in Slipped Disc II for the rockstars out there.
- allegro music, james dace(in moulsham street) thats bout it really.
- allegro music is kool bout the only music shop that is any good!
- The heads shops do better Didges than James Dace
- Ding Ding... Allegro, Jame's Dace, and the upper floor of Booyaka (inside SDII) Allegro are the electric guitar people, though...same with bass. Don't buy your drums from Chelmsford tho...colchester thing.
- soundworld, Bert is a wikid bloke
- Slipped discs 2 is a good place, or allegro music.
- Soundworld (Slipped Discs II) The best music instrument store in chelmsford.
- allegro's pretty cool, although i dont really like the atmosphere as much as sound world in sliped discs, well i dont know, ive barely been in there since they moved
- Slipped disk sell some...but Allegro music has to be the best as it lets you jam upstairs if you ask.
- I can't remember the name (i haven't lived in Chelmsford for 6 years)but there's a good guitar shop near the pizza restaurant on the corner (nr Red's nightclub). My memory is pants!!!!!!!
- allegro i guess!!
- Not Allegro. Corporate crap and the staff don't know their arses from their elbows. I walked in their once to hear the shop assistant playing an S-club 7 song on one of the keyboards. He looked like he was loving it to.....
- Daces - the best cellos around
- slipped disk on baddow road is the best music shop in town as it sells a wide range od alternative titles and also have a clothes shop booyaka in the back and soundworld on top an instrument shop it has friendly staff who r always willing to help !
- whirlygig one of my favorite shops
- Depending on the kind of instrument there is Dace's (Classical) in Moulsham Street, Soundworld (Band:Drums, Guitars etc.)above Slipped Discs II and Allegro (Keyboards Guitars) opposite Argos.
- Dace's has to be the best in Cford better if you know the guy's that work there (get discounts)
- The best for the classic music shop is DACE, it got it all. Old men who can hardly see, a chatty woman, and a long haired 20 something music student who mumbles alot and is very talented at his job. (what ever it may be)
- Anywhere that u can buy Drum kits and any music used in the production of the music
catagory 'METAL'
- Dace's on Moulsham St is the oldest and probably best.
Their range of instruments is very broad.
- Slipped Discs II
- Soundworld about Slipped Discs in Baddow Road are pretty much hopeless. Having experienced their unique service for myself, as well as having heard countless horror stories (ie. they took 6 months to carry out a simple repair on a friend's bass).
